Dear Eric;

Linda and I want to take a minute to express our underlying gratitude to you and your firm for the extraordinary efforts you made resulting in the sale of our home on Carnoustie Court, in the Bonita Springs Golf & Country Club area in Bonita Springs. From our first conversation when we discussed the possibilities of listing with you, to the last one when you confirmed the closing and the electronic transfer of funds into our account, your efforts to sell our home far exceeded our expectations. Again, we thank you for that. Our only regret is that we did not list our property with you when we originally put it on the market through a different firm with no results. We learned a very valuable lesson in that regard and feel that we lost valuable time in the rapidly changing marketplace that ultimately cost us money in the process.
Linda and I were very impressed with your professional integrity, your strategic approach to an aggressive marketing plan, your willingness to go the extra mile, to increase the number of open houses, your time invested and advertising dollars to market our home in a way that resulted in the successful sale of our home. We are both extremely happy with all of your efforts and just wanted to say “Thank You.” We wish you continued success and certainly would be willing to act as references for you and your firm, should you ever need one.

We wanted to thank you and your associates at the Babon Group for the time, energy and effort you put into the sale of our home. From our initial meeting everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable during the entire process and showed true concern for our situation. Dear Patrick,

I can’t thank you enough for all of the hard work and time that you put into finding my new condo in Naples. When I first decided to purchase a vacation home I thought it would take me numerous trips back and forth from NYC before I would find something that I would fall in love with. I can’t believe you found it for me on my first trip and it was the second unit you showed me!
It meant a lot to me that you really listened to all of the features that I was looking for in a second home and came through with them all 100% - even in the price negotiations.
I also appreciate the time that you took out of your busy schedule to meet the appraiser, home inspector and cable company in my absence. Your thorough updates every step of the way took a great worry off of my mind and your professionalism and dedication is greatly appreciated.
